Vulnerability is no weakness for new leaders

‘Society is changing. What society needs from leaders is changing. Society needs leaders who can have real heart/hard conversations; like race, suicide, and sexual assault, … So today the need to be a leader who doesn’t talk about feelings is not possible anymore. People who fight in a war, for example, are not supposed to be vulnerable, they are not supposed to talk about their feelings. Vulnerability is the birthplace of courage. Courage is not something you do because you are fearless. Courage is something you do because maybe you feel afraid, but you are doing it anyway.’
